- Licenses up to 3 months old Baht 750 per document.
- Old license more than 3 months but not exceeding 6 months, 1,500 baht per issue.
- Licenses up to age 6 months but not exceeding 3,000 baht per one-year release. 3. The license renewal or extension of time to work.
- If not more than 3 months, 750 baht per issue.
- If more than 3 months but not exceeding 6 months, 1,500 baht per issue.
- In case more than 6 months but not exceeding 1 year No. 3,000 baht each. 4. Leaves instead of 150 baht per license. 5. To allow another run at No. 150 baht. 6. To allow local changes in the work place or at No. 150 baht.
